Harmony Boutique Resort - Adults Only

Das Hotel war sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Zwei GästeBetreuer kümmern sich um alle Belange der Gäste und waren sehr zuvorkommend und versorgt uns mit jeder Menge Informationen. Wir hatten ein elegantes Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht, und das war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Durch die unmittelbar davor liegende Straße war es leider nicht sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer roch es öfter nach Abfluss und irgendwie modrig. Leider war der Service im Restaurant Ophelia teilweise wirklich schlecht. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten irgendwie genervt und waren unfreundlich. Es gab oft lange Wartezeiten bis man überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Das Servieren der Speisen erfolgte dann gehetzt und unpersönlich. Die Qualität der Speisen war okay aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Der Sauna und Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und hoteleigene Strandliegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Standort eignet sich auch hervorragend, um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen.

Our third stay and it gets better every time.We have stayed here each year for the last three years in May.We had not expected the major building improvements which now opens Corissia Harmony to the beach front.We stayed in one of the new. Exclusive pool rooms,with state of the art computer controls.Although over 70 we soon mastered them and found them a considerable enhancement.Our primary reasons for revisiting are the staff and the extraordinary quality of the Al a carte restaurant.A million miles away from a standard buffet.The menu changes every two days based on regional Greek specialities.The staff are outstanding,friendly and incredibly helpful.What is particularly impressive is that the wonderful Jaba and many of his colleagues stay from year to year.While at first we were among the few non Germans,it is clear that it is attracting more English guests.I could not recommend it more highly

It doesn’t get better for places to stay in Crete!. Hard to fault. I recommend the all inclusive for great value. You have so many different options you won’t get bored. The staff are amazing, the food is exquisite. So many things to do as well if you want more than chilling too.

Myself and my wife stayed in the Harmony Boutique Resort at the start of May to celebrate our 50th birthdays. It was the first time we'd been to Crete and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff in particular were really helpful and chatty. Initially, our room was at the rear of the hotel complex which is situated in the middle of the village. We were woken by a nearby cockerel in the early hours for a couple of nights and mentioned this to reception who offered to switch our room without us needing to request it! We had a luxury private pool room and would've used it more if the weather had been a bit less overcast (it brightened up after a few days). The pool wasn't totally private as it could be viewed from the road and neighbouring rooms - but it was still luxurious and relaxing. There were always loungers available on the nearby beach for which you get free towels and can charge drinks to your room. If you don't have a hire car there is also a nearby bus service. Due to reconstruction work, the local bus stop was closed so we had to walk a mile down the road to the next stop. A bus to Chania (well worth a visit - a beautiful port city) cost under 5 euros per person (one way) for the hour's trip. Buses need to be pre-booked but this can be done at reception. The highlight of the holiday was probably the food. We were half-board and offered an a la carte menu every night, which changed every two days. The five courses on offer were delicious and a million miles away from the buffet fare you often get on half-board holidays. Breakfast was similar with everything made from fresh ingredients and endless choices on offer. If you're from the UK (as we are) it's worth noting that the hotel has previously mostly been marketed to Germans but this seems to be changing now as the restaurant staff told us we were one of a number of British guests this summer. All in all, a fantastic, luxurious holiday at a brilliant resort with superb staff. The setting was beautiful with the beach in front and snow-topped mountains behind. I was also recently diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer so need to take it easy at times - and this was the perfect place to relax.

My wife and I visited the Corissia Harmony hotel for a weeks holiday, and it was amazing. This hotel is an absolute gem. It's so unassuming for a hotel resort as it is nestled subtly between the older residential buildings of this beautiful little fishing village. There is everything you need literally on your door step. Plenty of supermarkets and tavernas, car hire, boat trips, bars, and lovely little walks. From a design point of view, it's got it all, and the room itself was amazing with its own private pool. The Ophelia restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was so good with plenty of choice and the menu changed every other day. The staff have to be the highlight of this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely attentive and genuinely seemed happy to be there. This hotel is a well oiled machine and everything just seems to flow perfectly, we had an amazing holiday. I always say I would never visit the same place twice, however this little slice of Cretan paradise may change my mind.

Very good stay overall but it didn't feel like a 5 Star resort as claimed. It has a pool, spa and everything you would expect. I didn't like this open plan setting and the receptionist at the spa was not very polite. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner across the street was Excellent A+++++. Had to go to the other place for lunch with the full board option which was ok.

The hotel. The Corissa is a group of small hotels dotted around the small fishing village of Georgiopolis. We stayed in the Harmony hotel which is for adults only. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are superb. The pool is small but is perfect for lounging and just chilling out, which was the main focus of our holiday. There isn’t much else in the hotel, no central lobby or bar (for a bar you go to one of their other hotels 5 minutes walk away). The restaurant The best part of the Harmony is their restaurant- The Ophelia which is located directly across the road. Breakfast is perfect and the evening meal is a five course delight. The service is the best I’ve had whilst here (and that’s a high bar I have to say) particularly from their waiters such as Jaba, who went a long way to making every evening a special experience.he was definitely a huge asset to the Corissa group. The location The village itself, for us dealt a bud dead, but we were here near the end of the season so that might be a bit unfair of me to say. But… it’s situated in between Chania (whose old town and harbour are stunning) and Rethymno (which has fabulous lanes, shops and restaurants to explore ). Don’t be tempted to hire a car or a taxi for the visit to these towns as the bus service is incredibly cheap, regular and comfortable (think luxury coach rather than British local bus) We had a fabulous time here. Ideally located near the gorgeous Georgioupolis beach, the 5-star Corissia Harmony offers an atmospheric setting. The rooms are large, contemporary and well thought out and the beds are extremely comfortable! Moving on, the Ophelia Signature Restaurant is gastronomic delight! The breakfasts are plentiful, with many different choices. Dinner is of a very high standard, always varied (menu changed every two days), always with a choice of six courses. But most of all, what’s makes this hotel truly great is the friendly and professional staff. They are always eager to know how your stay is and what they can do to improve your stay. They go above and beyond any other hotel I have ever stayed in.
